Industrial Facility South Texas Whitehead Environmental Services is assisting local environmental attorney with the evaluation of a VCP case in south Texas. The Site is contaminated with polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs) and metals. Since PCBs are present, this project involves the TCEQ and U. S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). WES is working with the Client on the Phase II, VCP case (soil remediation and VCP reports), and management of the project.
